Un spot intérieur, c’est la précision de la lumière au service de l’architecture.

Le spot intérieur s’impose comme la solution d’éclairage la plus modulable pour structurer un espace, souligner un détail ou créer une ambiance sur-mesure. En plafonnier, en rail ou en encastré, il s’adapte à toutes les configurations : cuisine, salle de bain, couloir, salon ou bureau. Les formats varient du mini-spot de 5 cm de diamètre, idéal pour les niches ou vitrines, jusqu’aux modèles orientables de 15 à 20 cm, parfaits pour les grandes pièces. La puissance s’étend généralement de 3 à 12 watts par spot, soit 250 à 1200 lumens, permettant d’ajuster l’intensité selon la surface à éclairer. Température de couleur : de 2700K (blanc chaud) à 4000K (blanc neutre), pour s’adapter à chaque usage. Le spot intérieur n’est pas qu’un point lumineux : il structure la perception de l’espace, met en valeur les volumes et guide le regard.

Quels types de spot intérieur choisir selon le style et la matière ?

Spot LED : la technologie LED domine aujourd’hui le marché du spot intérieur. Elle offre une durée de vie de 25 000 à 50 000 heures, une faible consommation (jusqu’à 90% d’économie par rapport à l’halogène) et une excellente gestion thermique. Les spots LED encastrables existent en version dimmable, avec un IRC supérieur à 80 pour un rendu fidèle des couleurs. Privilégiez une puissance de 7 à 9W pour un salon ou une cuisine, 3 à 5W pour un couloir ou une chambre.

Spot design : pour un intérieur contemporain, le spot intérieur se décline en finitions laiton brossé, noir mat, blanc satiné ou chrome. Les modèles design jouent sur la forme (cylindrique, carré, sphérique) et la discrétion des fixations. Certains spots design sont orientables à 360°, permettant de moduler la lumière selon les besoins. Diamètre conseillé : 8 à 12 cm pour un effet graphique sans alourdir le plafond.

Spot en bois : le spot intérieur en bois apporte une touche chaleureuse et naturelle, particulièrement adapté aux ambiances scandinaves ou rustiques. Quelle puissance et disposition pour un spot intérieur selon la pièce ?

Le choix de la puissance et du nombre de spots intérieurs dépend de la surface à éclairer et de la fonction de la pièce. Pour un salon de 20 m², comptez 4 à 6 spots de 8W (environ 700 lumens chacun), espacés de 1,5 à 2 mètres. En cuisine, privilégiez une lumière plus vive : 10 à 12W par spot au-dessus du plan de travail, avec un faisceau étroit (30° à 45°) pour éviter l’éblouissement.
