LumeersThe General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, persons making a purchase via the Lumeers website, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer" and, on the other hand, the Axiom Company, hereinafter referred to as " Lumeers.com". These terms and conditions apply exclusively to non-trading individuals.

Item prices

All prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs (see Shipping and Delivery paragraph)

. The validity period of the prices of the items offered on Lumeers.com is 24 hours from their publication on the website www.Lumeers.com. The articles will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the recording of the orders. They remain the property of Lumeers.com until full payment is received by Lumeers.com. This price is payable in full and in one payment.

Ordering

The customer can place an order on the website www.Lumeers.com
The ordering process is as follows:
- Choice of items and addition to the basket
- Validation of the contents of the basket
- Identification on the website www.Lumeers.com if the customer is not already identified
- Choice of delivery method
- Choice of payment method and acceptance of the GTC
- Validation of payment.

The customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
The customer will be able to view the details of his order and its total price and correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance.
Lumeers reserves the property of the articles until the complete payment of the order, i.e. the collection of the price of the order by Lumeers.
Lumeers reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or who presents any form of risk in its eyes.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale.
Lumeers undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. A If one or more items ordered are not available, Lumeers.com undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and, if necessary, to reimburse the customer within 30 days of payment of the amounts paid. The customer's order will then be automatically cancelled.

Shipping of the order

On the page of each item, an estimated shipping time is indicated, e.g. 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping is the period during which we send the product to our delivery partner. It is not the date when your order will be delivered.

In order to guarantee optimum quality, we manufacture our models on demand in our factories abroad. So their production can take a little time.

Shipping is completely free of charge on all products in the Lumeers.com catalogue.

par PayPalEn cas de paiement par chèque, celui-ci doit être émis par une banque domiciliée en France métropolitaine et libellé à l’ordre de Axiom Company. Il est à adresser à Axiom Company, Service Client, 31 rue du Colisée, 75008 Paris.
Les articles commandés sont alors réservés 5 jours à compter de la date de commande. Passé ce délai et à défaut de réception du chèque correspondant, Lumeers.com se réserve le droit d’annuler la commande du client. Le chèque lui sera alors renvoyé dès réception.
L’encaissement est réalisé à réception du chèque.
Validation du paiement
Le paiement est validé à réception du chèque en cas de règlement par chèque et à réception des compléments d’information demandés en cas de règlement par carte bancaire nécessitant des vérifications complémentaires (Voir paragraphe Lutte contre la fraude à la carte bancaire ).

Registration of bank details

RentabiliyWeb and Lumeers.com are the recipients of the data related to your order. The non-transmission of data related to your order prevents the completion and analysis of your transaction.
The occurrence of an unpaid order on the grounds of fraudulent use of a bank card will lead to the registration of the details related to your order associated with this unpaid order in a payment incident file implemented by RentabilyWeb. An irregular declaration or an anomaly may also be subject to specific processing.

Lumeers .com reserves the right to verify the personal data communicated by the client and to adopt all measures deemed necessary to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the one who a placed the order, in order to avoid any fraudulent payment. This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and/or residence and/or bank documents (bank details or cancelled cheque). The absence of response from the customer to a request of this type within 2 days following the request made by Lumeers.com will automatically lead to the cancellation of the order concerned, without any possibility of subsequent complaint.
Lumeers .com will also be free to proceed with the direct cancellation of an order which presents one or more risk factors of fraudulent use of a bank card.

Exchange, return and refund

Time limit for returning an item

The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties.

The return costs are paid by the customer. The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid (except for shipping costs) upon receipt and verification of the return of his or her items without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which he or she exercised his or her right of withdrawal.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the Customer must send us his communication concerning the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

There is no right of withdrawal for orders placed via a signed quotation. We are not responsible for delays in delivery for orders placed via quotation.

No refunds are possible for orders placed via a signed quote.

In the event of customs charges on delivery on quotation, we will refund you in the form of a credit note, with no minimum purchase or use-by date, valid online or on quotation.

In the event of a return order, for which the customs fees have been paid by the customer upon receipt of the package, we will refund you in the form of a credit note, with no minimum purchase or use-by date.

Status of items

All returned items (items, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact.

Warranty

Le client dispose d'un délai de 3 jours à compter de la réception du produit pour former toutes réserves ou réclamations pour non conformité apparente ou vice apparent des articles livrés, par e-mail via le formulaire de contact ; ou par courrier recommandé avec avis de réception à l’adresse suivante : Axiom Company, Service Client, 31 rue du Colisée, 75008 Paris.
Passé ce délai et à défaut d'avoir respecté cette formalité, les articles seront réputés conformes et exempts de tout vice apparent et aucune réclamation ne pourra être valablement acceptée par Lumeers.com.
Si le vice apparent ou le défaut de conformité de l’article est avéré, Lumeers.com s’engage à procéder au remplacement de l’article ou à rembourser le client dans les plus brefs délais et à ses frais.
Ce remboursement interviendra dans un délai maximum de 14 jours.
Lumeers.com ne saurait être pour autant tenu pour responsable de la mauvaise utilisation et/ou de l’usage intensif des articles que pourrait en faire le client.
