How to choose the right desk lamp?
Although it is tempting to put only one lighting in your office, this is far from a good idea... A bulb that is powerful enough to light a whole room is bound to be too bright for your eyes.
Instead, opt for several lamps with lower wattage but much more delicate light. That's why it's a good idea to place a modern desk lamp on your table and two large Floor lamps in the rest of the room.
It is best to choose models with articulated arms so that you can adapt the lighting to your needs. If you are working on a computer, choose asymmetrical lamps to reduce the formation of reflections on the screen.
In terms of lighting, professionals recommend a power level of between 2700 and 3000 Kelvin. This is a warm light, more yellow than white, and very close to that emitted naturally by the sun's rays.
