Bedroom lighting, furniture and decor for a cosy interior : faites le bon choix

La chambre est un cocon où chaque détail compte, de la lumière à la texture du linge.

Dans une chambre, l’éclairage structure l’espace et module l’ambiance selon les moments de la journée. Les formats varient du plafonnier compact de 30 cm de diamètre pour une pièce de 10 m², à la suspension aérienne de 50 cm pour une chambre parentale. Les lampes de chevet, souvent de 25 à 40 cm de hauteur, offrent un éclairage ciblé de 200 à 400 lumens, idéal pour la lecture sans éblouir. Les matières jouent un rôle clé : verre dépoli pour une lumière diffuse, métal pour une touche contemporaine, tissu pour adoucir l’atmosphère. Pour une harmonie parfaite, associer les luminaires à des miroirs muraux ou à un linge de lit de qualité renforce la sensation de confort. Quels types de luminaires choisir pour une chambre ?

Plafonniers Un plafonnier diffuse une lumière générale homogène, essentielle pour circuler ou s’habiller. Les modèles à LED de 18 à 24 W (1500 à 2000 lumens) conviennent à la plupart des chambres de 12 à 16 m². Les versions en tissu ou en verre dépoli évitent les ombres dures. Pour une touche de modernité, les plafonniers chambre se déclinent en formes rondes, carrées ou organiques, avec des diamètres adaptés à la surface de la pièce.

Suspensions La suspension s’installe idéalement au-dessus du lit ou au centre de la pièce, à 210 cm du sol pour éviter tout contact. Les modèles en rotin, métal ou tissu filtrent la lumière différemment : le rotin projette des ombres graphiques, le tissu adoucit, le métal dirige le flux. Les suspensions chambre existent en version simple ou multiple, avec des hauteurs réglables de 30 à 120 cm.
