What is the right height for a woven pendant light?

The hanging height depends on the room and how you use it. Over a dining table, leave 70 to 90 cm between the tabletop and the bottom of the shade – this avoids glare but gives great light. In a living room or bedroom, aim for 210 to 230 cm from the floor to let people walk under it freely. For high ceilings (over 2.8 m), choose an adjustable cable of at least 120 cm.
