Terms of Sales
The General Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to sales concluded between on the one hand people making a purchase via the Lumeers website www.Lumeers.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer" and on the other hand the company Axiom Company, hereinafter referred to as “Lumeers.com”. These conditions apply exclusively to non-commercial individuals.
Item prices
All prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs (see Shipping and Delivery paragraph)
The validity period for the prices of items offered on Lumeers.com is 24 hours from their publication on the site www.Lumeers.com. Items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are placed. They remain the property of Lumeers.com until full collection of the price by Lumeers.com. This price is payable in full and in a single payment.
Order
The customer can place an order on the website www.Lumeers.com
The ordering process is as follows:
- Choice of items and addition to basket
- Validation of basket contents
- Identification on the site www.Lumeers.com if the customer is not already identified
- Choice of delivery method
- Choice of payment method and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
- Validation of payment.
The customer will receive an order confirmation email.
During these different stages, the customer will be able to view the details of his order and its total price and correct any errors, before confirming this to express his acceptance.
Lumeers reserves ownership of the items until full payment of the order, i.e. receipt of the order price by Lumeers.
Lumeers reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or who in its eyes presents any form of risk.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale.
Lumeers undertakes to honor orders received on the website only while stocks last. In the absence of availability of one or more item(s) ordered, Lumeers.com undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible, and if necessary to reimburse them no later than 30 days following payment of the amounts paid. The customer's order will then be automatically canceled.
Order shipping
On each item's page, an estimated shipping time is given, for example 2-3 weeks. Shipping is the period during which we send the product to our delivery partner. This is not the date your order will be delivered.
To guarantee optimal quality, we manufacture our models on demand in our factories abroad. Their production may therefore take a little time.
Shipping cost
Delivery costs are completely free on all products in the Lumeers.com catalog.
Delivery country
Delivery to mainland France, Principalities of Monaco and Andorra, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Payment
Metropolitan France, Principalities of Monaco and Andorra
Payment for purchases is made at the customer's choice:
by bank card: Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, issued in France
by bank check
by PayPalIn the event of payment by check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in mainland France and made payable to Axiom Company. It should be sent to Axiom Company, Customer Service, 66 avenue des Champs Élysées, 75008 Paris.
The items ordered are then reserved 5 days from the order date. After this period and in the absence of receipt of the corresponding check, Lumeers.com reserves the right to cancel the customer's order. The check will then be returned to him upon receipt.
Collection is made upon receipt of the check.
Payment validation
Payment is validated upon receipt of the check in the event of payment by check and upon receipt of additional information requested in the event of payment by bank card requiring additional verifications (See paragraph Fighting against bank card fraud).
Registration of bank details
Lumeers.com offers the Customer the possibility of registering their bank details to pay for future purchases more easily and quickly on the Site.
To do this, the Customer must:
pay for your last purchase in euros and by credit card on the Site;
check the “save my information for my next payments” box on the credit card payment page;
provide your details (the banking data entered on the payment page are encrypted and secure);
validate the payment. Once the payment has been validated, the data relating to delivery (address and delivery method), invoicing and the bank card used are recorded. The Customer's bank details are not stored by Lumeers.com but by our payment provider on secure servers.
The Customer can subscribe to the recording of their bank details and thus choose to pay for their future purchases in one click by bank card and in euros only on the Site without having to enter their bank details again.
However, the cryptogram may be requested from the Customer for security reasons.
He has the possibility at any time to delete the data relating to the registered bank card and/or to add another bank card by clicking on the link provided for this purpose accessible on the Site in the “My means of payment” section present in " My account ". The Customer is then redirected to a secure page and can thus view the bank card(s) registered on the servers of our payment provider.
Lumeers.com reserves the right to verify the personal data communicated by the Customer and to adopt all measures deemed necessary to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the one who placed the order, in order to avoid any fraudulent payments (See Fight against bank card fraud).
Fight against bank card fraud
The information relating to your order is subject to automated data processing. The purpose of this automated data processing is to define a level of analysis of a transaction and to fight against bank card fraud.
RentabiliyWeb and Lumeers.com are the recipients of the data relating to your order. Failure to transmit data relating to your order prevents the completion and analysis of your transaction.
The occurrence of an unpaid bill due to fraudulent use of a bank card will result in the details relating to your order associated with this unpaid bill being entered in a payment incident file implemented by RentabilyWeb. An irregular declaration or an anomaly may also be subject to specific treatment.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have, at any time, a right of access, rectification, and opposition to all of your personal data by writing, by mail and providing proof of your identity, to RentabilyWeb.
Lumeers.com reserves the right to verify the personal data communicated by the customer and to adopt all measures deemed necessary to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the one who placed the order, in order to to avoid any fraudulent payments. This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and/or address and/or bank documents (RIB or canceled check). The lack of response from the customer to a request of this type within 2 days following the request made by Lumeers.com will automatically result in the cancellation of the order concerned, without any possibility of subsequent complaint.
Lumeers.com will also be free to proceed with the direct cancellation of an order which presents one or more risk factors of fraudulent use of a bank card.
Exchange, return and refund
Deadline for returning an item
The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Return costs are payable by the customer. The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid (except shipping costs) upon receipt and verification of the return of his items without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the Customer must send us their communication relating to the exercise of their right before the withdrawal period expires.
No right of withdrawal for an order via a signed quote. We are not responsible for delivery delays for orders placed on quotation.
No refund is possible for an order via a signed quote.
In the event of customs fees on delivery on quote, we will reimburse them in the form of a credit, without minimum purchase or expiry date, valid online or on quote.
In the event of a return of an order, for which customs fees have been paid by the customer upon receipt of the package, we will reimburse you in the form of a credit, with no minimum purchase or expiry date.
Condition of items
All returned items (items, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of the package, Lumeers.com will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by Lumeers.com, the items will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Lumeers.com without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of his rights to warranty on the goods sold.
Reimbursement of returns
Subject to compliance with these return conditions, Lumeers.com will reimburse the items returned within 7 days following the return of the goods to stock.
Lumeers.com will reimburse the Customer using the same reimbursement method used for the initial transaction.
If the order was paid with a credit, the amount of the credit will be returned to the customer.
In the event of a return of an order, if any customs fees were paid by the customer upon receipt of the package, we will refund them to you in the form of a credit, with no minimum purchase or expiry date.
Securing transactions
Lumeers.com implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web and on the website http://www.Lumeers.com. As such, the website uses a secure payment module such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Responsibility
Lumeers.com is automatically responsible to the customer for the proper execution of the contract concluded with the customer.
However, Lumeers.com cannot be held liable for the non-performance or poor performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, the occurrence of an event attributable to the customer or any inconvenience, unforeseeable and insurmountable damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
The Lumeers.com site contains hypertext links that may refer to other websites. Lumeers.com cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites if they contravene the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
The photographs and illustrations accompanying the products on our website have no contractual value and therefore cannot engage the liability of Lumeers.com.
In the event of a problem with their order (defect, non-receipt or other), the customer has 3 months after placing their order to notify Lumeers. Otherwise, no compensation or reimbursement can be made.
Guarantee
All items offered by Lumeers.com are subject to the legal guarantee provided for by articles L211-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code and to the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
The customer has a period of 3 days from receipt of the product to form any reservations or complaints for apparent non-conformity or apparent defect of the items delivered, by e-mail via the contact form; or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Axiom Company, Customer Service, 66 avenue des Champs Élysées , 75008 Paris.
After this period and failing to have respected this formality, the articles will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by Lumeers.com.
If the apparent defect or lack of conformity of the item is proven, Lumeers.com undertakes to replace the item or reimburse the customer as quickly as possible and at its expense.
This reimbursement will take place within a maximum of 14 days.
Lumeers.com cannot, however, be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the articles that the customer may make of them.
Intellectual property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on Lumeers.com are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the entire world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only use for private use is authorized, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any total or partial reproduction of the Lumeers.com site is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.
Applicable right
These general conditions of use and sale are subject to French law. In the event of persistent disagreement over the application, interpretation and execution of these terms, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
