Given the international context, the freight transport sector is facing very strong pressure. This situation affects the arrival times of our products at ports and may result in a change in the shipping date or a delay in the delivery of your order. We do everything we can to ensure that our orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

Once the product is shipped, generally the delivery time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

On the page of each item, an estimated delivery time is indicated, for example 4 to 6 weeks. During sales periods, delays can be up to approximately 8 weeks.

To guarantee optimal quality, we manufacture our models on demand in our factories abroad. Their production may therefore take a little time.

Delivery to mainland France, Principalities of Monaco and Andorra, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

When will I receive my order ?

Small packages

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your product has been sent to our delivery partners. Once received and taken care of, they will contact you on the day of delivery by email and SMS to notify you of their arrival. Delivery generally takes 2-4 weeks for small packages and will be made to your doorstep/ground floor of your building. Please note: packaging is not removed by the carrier.

Large packages

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your product has been sent to our delivery partners. Once received and taken care of, they will contact you on the day of delivery by email and SMS to notify you of their arrival. Delivery generally takes longer for larger packages because the shipping is more complex, approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
