Due to the international context, the freight transport sector is under great pressure. This affects the time it takes for our products to arrive at the ports and may result in a change of shipping date or a delay in the delivery of your order. We make every effort to ensure that our orders are shipped as quickly as possible

Shipment is the period during which our suppliers produce the product and then send it to their delivery partner, not the date your order will be delivered. Delivery times

Once the product has been shipped, the delivery time is usually between 4 and 6 weeks.

On the page of each item, an estimated delivery time is indicated, e.g. 4 to 6 weeks. During the periods of Sales, the delivery time can be up to 8 weeks.

In order to guarantee optimum quality, we manufacture our models on demand in our factories abroad. So their production can take a little time.

Delivery in France, Monaco and Andorra, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

When will I receive my order?

Small packages

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your product has been passed on to our delivery partners. Once received and picked up, it will contact you on the day of delivery by email and SMS to let you know it has arrived. Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks for small packages and will be made to your doorstep/ground floor of your building. Please note: packaging is not removed by the carrier.

Large parcels

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your product has been passed on to our delivery partners. Once received and taken care of, it will contact you on the day of delivery by email and SMS to let you know it has arrived. Delivery generally takes longer for larger parcels as the routing is more complex, approximately 6-8 weeks.
